The South Tyrolean Folklore Museum in Dietenheim is located in the heart of the Pustertal Valley, around 2 km north-east of Bruneck.
From the Brenner motorway (A22) / exit Brixen via the main road through the Pustertal Valley, take the “Bruneck Ost” exit towards “Dietenheim/Volkskundemuseum”.
From Innichen / Lienz (Austria) via the main road through the Pustertal Valley, take the “Bruneck Ost” exit towards “Dietenheim/Volkskundemuseum”.
From the Tauferer Ahrntal Valley via St. Georgen, follow the signs at the first roundabout for “Dietenheim/Volkskundemuseum”.
The visitor car park is located next to the museum.
The Bruneck Citybus (Line 2) runs from Bruneck to Dietenheim every 30 minutes on working days and stops near the museum (bus stop “Volkskundemuseum”).

Train stop at Bruneck Nord. Follow the street in direction Dietenheim. The walking time from the train station is approximately 20 minutes.
It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to walk from the city center of Bruneck to the museum. Cyclists can park their bicycles in the designated spaces in the entrance area.
